In 2019, Planted and Coop tested via a pilot project the demand and acceptance of plant-based meat products in several selected stores. Goal Be a frontrunner in offering quality plant based products Results / Coop became the first retailer to launch the popular pea-based chicken alternatives Planted products are now listed in the large majority of Coop's 994 sales outlets.
