Connecting Sardinia Innovation with the Swiss Ecosystem: Startup Announced!

Last month, 17 Sardinian scaleups and innovative SMEs landed in Cagliari for the Sardinia Days, the first step in a bridge we built together with Camera di Commercio Italiana per la Svizzera, Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, and ITA - Italian Trade Agency - Berna.

🇮🇹🇨🇭 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 were a first step towards building meaningful connections between 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦. 🇮🇹🇨🇭

Over two intense days, founders met investors, innovation experts and ecosystem builders. Conversations extended beyond the pitches and new relationships and opportunities emerged!

Across health, fintech, manufacturing, future of work, smart cities, biotech and cybersecurity, we saw companies tackling real challenges with scalable solutions and strong commercial thinking.

Following deep-dive sessions and evaluation by Kickstart's innovation and investment experts, 5 startups have been selected to continue the journey to Zürich in September:

👉 MetaCell, Cloud-based workflow platform for browser-based 3D visualization and AI-assisted analysis of volumetric biomedical data.

👉 Pluribus One, AI-driven application detection and response platform for real-time web application and API security monitoring.

👉 Private Labs, AI-powered SaaS platform for standardizing unstructured documentation into auditable private-market fund data.

👉 Zephorum, White-label, API-first legaltech infrastructure for automated digital legacy planning and post-mortem data management.
