The first ever Hirslanden Hackathon

From the 14th-15th of May, 42 Hirslanden employees took part in the first ever Mediclinic Group Hackathon, supported by their new Innovation Centre - Ouroboros Solutions. The teams came from all over Switzerland and were tasked with executing an innovative solution using a lean startup mindset, to tackle a challenge defined by company.
After 36+ hours of creative thinking, pushing boundaries, collaborating, and learning together, each of the eight teams pitched their innovative solutions to management and experts for the opportunity to accelerate their idea further.
