Welcome Alessia Airaldi to Kickstart Innovation as our new Program Associate 🌟
Alessia is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business Development at the University of Neuchâtel, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Communication focused on enterprise, markets, and society. Her international academic journey across Switzerland, combined with an exchange at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, has shaped her strong interest in cross-cultural management, global strategy, innovation, and sustainability 🌍
At Kickstart, Alessia supports scouting and outreach in the Health & Wellbeing and Smart Cities areas, as well as marketing and communications activities 🚀
With her international mindset and strong understanding of both business and human dynamics, Alessia will contribute to supporting collaboration across our ecosystem and to increasing the visibility and impact of our innovation activities.
