Kickstart 2022 Wrap-up

This year, Kickstart welcomed 52 later-stage startups and intrapreneurship teams from over 16 countries as part of our 2022 program. Together with our partners, we announced a record number of 55 deals at our annual Closing Ceremony on 17th November following the 10-week program. This year, we spotlighted a number of incredible startups through the means of fun & quick interviews to gain further insight into their startup journeys, unveil their driving forces, and expose what it REALLY takes to be an entrepreneur in 2022. Intrapreneurship Academy Launch

Initiated Intrapreneurship projects in 2022 include Gridsteer’s multi-year and EU-wide research project in partnership with EPFL, local operator Romande Energie and the fast charging station operator GOFAST We also launched the Kickstart Academy with more support for organizations with access to hackathons, innovation sprints, expert sessions, and more. Organizations engaged have included: Credit Suisse, Hirslanden, Swisscom, CSEM, La Mobilière, AXA, Holcim, PostFinance, Axpo, and energie360.
